Roof Repair:

    1. Re-Flash scupper drain
    2. 5 course splits/breaks in roof
    3. Re-seal pipes/vents
    4. Seal cracks in parapet walls

  • Shingle
    1. Remove damaged shingles
    2. Re-place underlayment
    3. Re-flash counter flashings
    4. Replace shingles with new ones
    5. Affix loose shingles
  • Tile
    1. Re-move damaged tile
    2. Re-place underlayment
    3. Re-flash counter flashing
    4. Re-place damaged tile with new ones
    5. Affix loose tiles
    6. Re-mortar as needed
  • Foam
    1. Re-move and reflash blisters
    2. Re-flash scupper drain
    3. 5 course splits/breaks in roof
    4. Re-seal pipes/vents
    5. Paint and fabric in affected areas

Maintenance & Coating

  • Full Roof System
    1.   Remove all debris
    2.   Power wash
    3.   Seal all penetrations (pipes, vents, A/C lines and ducts)
    4.   5 course all splits
    5.   In damaged valley areas apply paint and polyester fabric
    6.   Chop out scupper drains and re-flash
    7.   Apply First coat of roof coating
    8.   Apply Final coat of roof coating
